The start of acne rosacea comes from the acid accumulation within the body. And if it is not eliminated probably from your body, then the acid sits there and builds up within the body. And this acid build-up is what causes sickness, disease, acne, rosacea, etc. If you start watching your ph balance in the foods you eat and drink, this can help greatly in controlling your acne rosacea.

The ph scale range is between 0 to 14. The higher the ph, the more alkaline the food and/or drink is which is very good. The lower the ph, the more concern you should have in what you are eating. Food and drink with a low ph are just not good for you. Your ph balance should always stay more on the alkaline side between 7.35 and 7.45. This is neutral and very normal. A good rule to follow is, you should eat only 20% of acid forming foods and drinks and 80% of alkaline forming foods and drinks daily. Food and drink with more alkaline is very good. The 20% and 80% is considered to be a good balance in your diet when you are watching your ph balance.

Work on neutralizing your overall acid in your body. You need to learn how to do this so you can change your diet. Lots of water is very good. Water is alkalined with a ph of 7.3. Start drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Fresh fruits and vegetables have a ph of 7.0 and higher. Any ph below 7.0 is not the best and should be eaten at low levels. Some foods and drinks below 7.0 are: beef(5.0), sugar-white(5.0), pasta(5.0), coffee(2.2,sorry I like coffee too), beer(2.0), wine(3.0), vodka(4.0), soda(2.0), etc. You get the picture.

If you decide to change your diet, you will start to see amazing positive results in your acne rosacea skin care. If you do pursue with this, then start out slowly and gradually. This way, you will be easing into this new diet.

Monitoring your ph balance and changing your diet will keep your system clean and eliminate waste more quickly from your body. When you have acne or an oily skin it can be very devastating. You travel around with a hand kerchief to wipe your face but the oil just keep coming back. Many teenagers have this problem and also many adults.

In order to treat acne and get rid of the oily skin, we must first know what causes it so that we can attack the problem from the heart.

Well an oily skin is caused by over active sebaceous glands which also leads to acne. These are glands below the surface of the skin that secretes an oil called sebum that protects the hair follicles. Now when the glands produce an excess amount of this oil, it accumulates and gets thick and then blocks the skin pores. This traps dirt and bacteria and so the body’s defense system has to send out some specialized kind of white blood cells to get rid of the bacteria. The white blood cells will digest the bacteria which will mix with the dirt and dead skin cells. The mixture is called puss which is forced to the surface of the skin where it forms an acne pimple.

Acne Clear Free Skin Treatment:

There are a number of ways which you can help to keep oil levels to a minimum and these include:

Ensuring that your skin is clean:

You should ensure that your skin is clean by having a shower at least twice per day. Doing this will help to remove dead skin cells, dirt and even trapped bacteria from the surface of the skin which can clog the pores. It is best sometimes to cleanse you skin with a little warm water to remove the excess oil as it will be harder to remove most of the oil with cold water. (water and oil dont mix)

Aromatherapy is like a multi-faceted diamond. Throughout the ages, it was one of the most prominent treatments used for common disorders and skin complaints. It has nonetheless played an important role in providing skincare to women of all times, especially in the creation of “magic” creams and lotions to maintain eternal youth.

Modern-day Skin Care
Most commercial products are based on a common basic formula which consist of mineral oil, chemically modified emulsifiers, stabilisers and scented with artificial fragrances. Behind attractive labels and packaging there is a semi natural product that works only on the surface of the skin providing no long term benefit, if any at all?

Products containing mineral oils are not absorbed by the lower layers of the skin to provide the necessary nourishment to newly emerging cells. Commercial toners contain alcohol has a drying effect and can irritate the skin.

Aromatherapy Skin Care
Research by the pioneering French aromatherapist Marguerite Maury whose findings sums up as follows: “Passionately interested by works dealing with the essential oils, perfumes and aromatics we have discovered their vast possibilities-particularly with regard to the problem of regeneration.” Her research showed that skin rejuvenation occurs with the application of certain essential oils because of their ability to restore vitality to the tissues by regulating the capillaries.

The rejuvenating properties of certain oils such as frankincense, neroli, rose, myrrh and lavender have been confirmed in recent research. They have the ability to stimulate cellular granulation, the first stage of healing after an injury, by the same token they can maintain the youthfulness of the skin.

Essential oil blends are always diluted in natural vegetable base oils, creams, waxes and lotions. Products created with such ingredients are highly effective on the skin, because they penetrate the deeper dermal layers and rejuvenate the cell as they emerge, thus helping the skin to become youthful and radiant.

To achieve the result of a clear and smooth complexion, the complete beauty regime should be followed regularly using natural based cleansers, toners, creams and lotions added with the selected essential oils for individual skin types.
